1. Admission Process

  • • Registration is open to all eligible candidates meeting course prerequisites.
  • • Some courses require an entrance test. You will be notified if your selected course requires one.
  • • Your Lead ID and PIN are sent via email after registration. Keep them safe.
  • • Admission is confirmed only after fee payment and account activation.
  • • AIT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses based on enrollment numbers.

2. Fees & Payments

  • • Total course fee is PKR 5,000 (Tuition: PKR 4,000 + Bag: PKR 800 + ID Card: PKR 200).
  • • Tuition fee can be paid as a full advance (PKR 4,000) or in 2 installments of PKR 2,000 each.
  • • Certificate fee (PKR 100) is charged separately if requested.
  • • All payments must be made at the institute's accounts desk.
  • • Fee receipts are issued for every payment. Keep them for your records.
  • • Refund policy: If a course ends before your advance credit is exhausted, the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Entrance Test

  • • Some courses require a short entrance test before enrollment.
  • • You will receive a Lead ID and 4-digit PIN via email after registration.
  • • Use these credentials to access the test. The PIN is required to start.
  • • The test is timed (10 minutes) and consists of multiple-choice questions.
  • • You may retake the test up to 3 times if needed.
  • • Test results are instant. Passing the test qualifies you for enrollment.

4. LMS Account & Access

  • • Your LMS account is activated after fee payment and receipt code verification.
  • • Login credentials (Student ID and password) are sent via email.
  • • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • • Do not share your account with others. Each student must have their own account.
  • • AIT reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Student Conduct

  • • Students must attend classes regularly and maintain satisfactory attendance.
  • • Disruptive behavior, cheating, or plagiarism will result in disciplinary action.
  • • AIT reserves the right to suspend or expel students for misconduct.
  • • Students are expected to respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.

6. Privacy & Data

  • • Your personal information is collected for admission and academic purposes only.
  • • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
  • • Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable laws.
  • • You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • • AIT is not liable for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
  • • Course content and schedules may be updated without prior notice.
  • • Certificate issuance is subject to successful course completion and fee clearance.
